Declan Chidlow, who goes by the username Vale on Stoat, is a member of the Stoat Team.

They develop the bot AutoMod, manage translations, and maintain the self-hosted and themes repositories, as well as assist with platform-level moderation and support.

They also built the Mutant Remix website and have written for the Stoat blog.
