SpikeViper (real name Kobe Albright) is a gameplay YouTuber known for creating Valour in response to Discord deleting his server and banning him from the platform. On his channel, he plays simulation and space themed video games. His channel has run since 2012, when he was 11. He runs (on and off) a Minecraft server called NerdCraft, which uses currency from Valour to power its economics.

Spike is a software engineer who has extensive experience in fintech. He's experienced in C# and Typescript, and experiments in other languages like Rust and Go.

Spike is distrusting of Venture Capital and claims to be searching for alternative routes to fund a social community platform. One of his attempts includes creating $VLRC, a crypto token for integration into the Valour platform.
