Fluxer is a chat app based in Sweden. It aims to be a privacy-focused, open source platform that puts its users first. The platform is now in public Beta, but because of the user influx, registrations need to be approved manually. A user can get into the app right away if they have a code.

Although Fluxer is advertised as an open source platform, licensed under AGPLv3, going to their main repository brings up a 404 page, which means that it is either private or deleted.
